Fascists use lies as a weapon. Fascists use propaganda to brainwash people and make them believe lies. Propaganda works best on dumb people, because they don’t know when they’re being lied to. Smart people see through the lies. That’s why fascists tell dumb people not to trust anything smart people say.
Mostly all true and simplified to be very understandable by folks with very basic vocabularies. We have to get away from separating smart from dumb. It’s often out of a person’s control. How many millions of US voters had their brains pickled in alcohol in utero over the years? Brain injuries. Child neglect and abuse. Shaming by religiosity and authoritarian parents that builds walls to protect the ego that can’t be seen through. Poverty too.
I would really like to share something like this but cannot pour salt on the ego wounds of folks that “feel dumb”. It’s a very hard thing to not be able to compete intellectually in this world.
The idea that they see us as cattle is demonstrated with their pro-birth policies. Never mind dangers to the mother, we need more workers and soldiers for capitalist exploitation.
