The corporate media has failed to educate Americans on how fascist propaganda destroys democracy from the inside.
Fascism is like a virus. It infects the brains of ordinary citizens and turns them into bloodthirsty Nazis.
When there’s a hurricane, there’s wall-to-wall coverage on every channel 24/7.
That’s how much attention the corporate media should be focusing on the fact that Putin is waging a new kind of disinformation war against America, and Trump is his weapon.
It should be on the news all day every day, to educate Americans on how to recognize Trump’s fascist propaganda lies before it’s too late. Trump is an actual fascist and he’s using the very same propaganda lies that Hitler used, but most Americans have no idea.
The video clip above is from a 1947 anti-fascist educational video called Don’t Be a Sucker, produced by the US Army, to explain to Americans that fascists use lies as a weapon, to demonize minorities and incite hate and violence.
The guy in the video says the same things that Hitler said, to show 1940s Americans what Hitler sounded like, so that they can learn to recognize fascist propaganda.
The reason why that guy now sounds so much like Trump to our ears is because Trump is using exactly the same fascist lies that Hitler used to incite hate and violence.
Here’s the full video:
Orange Hitler has gone full Nazi: Trump's latest speeches at his hate rallies are full-blown fascist propaganda.
The 3 most shocking news stories about Trump that the corporate media is hiding from you.
I think I will puke non-stop for the rest of my life if I hear one more deaf, dumb and blind, soulless shithead say, “but under Trump the economy was better”!
I’d seen this video once before, but watched it again. It’s a visual interpretation of this quote:
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
